Disney Magic Kingdom, Orlando Florida Pictures
March, 2012 – In Orlando Florida again. Hit Disney World/Magic Kingdom up. Again. Not quite as artistic this time.
Big Thunder Mountain across from Tom Sawyer’s Island
Cinderella’s Castle, with dancing going on in front!
A random sign.
Topiary Mickey and Minnie
And the People Mover. Quite possibly still my favorite ride at Disney. Still rather upset that it’s shut down totally in Anaheim.
From my recent business trip to Philadelphia. The first picture is Independence Hall, where the Constitution was signed, and where the US Government worked until it was moved to Washington DC.
Second picture is of a statue at Penn’s Landing commemorating the Irish Potato Famine and the number of immigrants it brought to the US.
Pearl Harbor Pictures
Taken last weekend at Pearl Harbor.
Few things are funner to photograph then flowers in the rain. Luckily this is pretty easy to do in Oregon.
San Francisco Pictures, Alcatraz and Golden Gate
When I was in Oakland recently, I took the ferry across the bay to San Francisco. As it was still early, and not quite tourist season yet, I was able to get a ticket to Alcatraz.
As I was so early, I was able to go on the garden tour which was pretty awesome.
After nearly an hour on the Garden Tour, I finally got pictures of the most magnificent site in the city; The Golden Gate Bridge.
