Ajilon sucks, cannot spell in their emails and will make excuses as to why you’re not getting paid or will just ignore you until you go to the Bureau of Labor and Industry to get your pay. Christopher Martin of Tigard Aerotek was kind of rude over the phone even though he was the one who sought me out online. Boly Welch is rude and sucks by profiling people by their location, Kforce you never hear back from except for their unhelpful emails, St Helens Cardinal doesn’t do anything to get you work no matter if you check in with them or not, Spherion is only interested in you if you keep checking in with them (but doesn’t let you know if the job you have interviewed for has been filled), Employers Overload is a joke, you call and get the owner Sherry’s husband who knows nothing about the positions and snores in the next room like a chainsaw while you’re trying to take skills tests at the office! When you tell her he didn’t know about the positions, she gets rude and says that’s why you’re talking to ME now. If you get a voicemail about a job from EO and call them back, they don’t know what job you’re talking about!!! Lisa Straum @ Express Temps in Longview, WA is EXTREMELY RUDE and acts superior to everyone unfortunate enough to contact her about a job!!!!
I found with KForce that you had to check with them pretty often. They’ll keep you in mind for about a week or so before you need to go back to them.
Years ago -worked temp job with Barrett Business Services until I found permanent employment – no problems. Interviewed with Christopher Martin, Tigard Areotek – no problems just either over-qualified for anything they had or not recent enough experience. Express Employment Personnel, Vancouver – worked two temp positions, one which led to permanent job. Applied to Accountemps, Officeteam, Adecco, Volt, Kelly, Opti, Boly Welch, Emerald Staffing, and Ajilion – never heard back from them. Applied and interviewed with Rose City Personnel, no position, but they still call every once and a while and check on how my job search is going.
